Chicago Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot along with the Department of Assets, Information, and Services (AIS) have announced a new IT modernization approach that will enhance city services and provide transparency through broader access to data and continued privacy protections.

Clark County, Nev., this week confirmed the appointment of Bob C. Leek to serve as the county’s new chief information officer (CIO).

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp selected Shawnzia Thomas as the executive director of Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) and state CIO. The GTA Board of Directors recently affirmed Thomas’ selection.
